As your coach, my role is to guide + empower you in making sustainable lifestyle changes.     One of the most invaluable truths I know is that when struggling with chronic symptoms, the nervous system becomes stuck in survival mode. Detox pathways operate as “nice to haves” + not survival necessities, so innate detoxification is hindered in this state. The very foundation of true healing begins by bringing balance back to the nervous system (activating the parasympathetic nervous system).
